The only place to book is here, right on our website!
Boat pick up is at 9 am sharp. Boat check-in is at 5 pm sharp.
Cancellations up to 7 days before your reservation date are 100% refundable. If you can between 4-6 days before your reservation date, 50% will be refunded. If you cancel 3 days or less before your reservation you will be charged in full for your rental. However, if we can rebook the product you reserved, eliminating the vacancy in our system, you will only be charged the 3rd party processing fees charged for booking your reservation (billed at 10% per transaction.)
No. We do not deliver our boats anywhere. They are permanently docked at Long Lake Lodge. The address for Long Lake Lodge is 4998 N Main St. Long Lake, MI 48743.
Each rental includes 1 full tank of gas. The boat will already have a full tank of gas when you arrive, so you can get on the water immediately. You can return with the tank empty. Any additional gas needed during your reservation is your responsibility as renter.
IMPORTANT: Please keep in mind that boat gas gauges are not usually that accurate due to waves and the angle of the boat, so sometimes when gauges show half full they may actually have less than half a tank of gas.
No. You must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Driver's license and credit/debit card.
Each rental includes a fully equipped pontoon boat that has Life jackets for all passengers and a full tank of gas.
You will be required to sign a Rental Agreement and anyone who will be on the boat is required to sign a waiver before the boat leaves the dock.
No, you do not need a driver's license to operate a pontoon boat in Michigan. However, you must be at least 18 years old to rent a boat from us.
Yes, we provide a detailed map of Long Lake and a comprehensive orientation on how to operate your pontoon boat safely and navigate the lake effectively.
No, we only offer rentals on Long Lake at this time.
Outside of normal taxes, there are no additional fees associated with a boat rental.
Once you leave the dock, in the boat, we consider the rental fulfilled and no refunds will be paid.
If you have NOT left the dock, and it is actively raining, we will happily reschedule your booking, on the same boat, to a future date. That is subject to availability and updated pricing. (if you switch from non-holiday rental rate to holiday rental rate, then you’d be responsible for the difference in cost.)
